Dallas, January 29, 2024 — The Golden S.E.E.D.S. Foundation is delighted to announce that we have been selected as a recipient of the Communities Foundation of Texas' 2023 Social Services Community Grant. This grant, totaling $30,000.00, is awarded in recognition of The Golden S.E.E.D.S. Foundation's outstanding commitment to neighborhood-level work and community development.
The grant, awarded by Communities Foundation of Texas, is part of their Place-Based Approach initiative, designed to support organizations that demonstrate exceptional dedication to fostering positive change at the grassroots level. The Golden S.E.E.D.S. Foundation's unwavering commitment to community development and our innovative projects have been instrumental in securing this prestigious grant.

The $30,000 grant will be instrumental in furthering The Golden S.E.E.D.S. Foundation's mission of Sowing, Encouraging, Empowering, and Developing the Spirit of our community. The foundation will allocate the funds to support a range of neighborhood-level initiatives, including the focus areas for 2024: Social Services, Estate Planning, and Homeownership Education.
